Curefoods Service Use

Users are permitted to use the Curefoods website, mobile application, and related services (“Service”) subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (“Terms”).

Curefoods reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ordering

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order, including delivery details and contact information.
You confirm that the payment method used for placing an order belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
Curefoods ensures reasonable quality standards and shall be responsible for issues related to order accuracy, food quality, and veg/non-veg labelling where applicable.
Some food items may be suitable only for certain age groups or dietary preferences. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that the food ordered is appropriate for the intended consumer.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Curefoods website are accurate at the time of display. However, prices may be subject to change based on menu updates or operational requirements.
Curefoods reserves the right to modify menu items, pricing, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
The final payable amount, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees, will be shown at checkout. Full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. While reasonable security measures are taken, Curefoods shall not be liable for payment issues arising from third-party payment providers.
Offers, loyalty points, or promotional benefits (if any) are subject to specific terms and validity and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery

Delivery times provided at the time of ordering are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
Curefoods will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
Delivery charges, if applicable, shall not be refunded in the event of delayed delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or lack of access, the order shall be deemed delivered and no refund shall be applicable.
Users must ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions. Curefoods shall not be responsible for damage or loss arising due to delivery constraints beyond its control.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking partner.
Refund eligibility shall be determined on a case-by-case basis as per Curefoods’s internal review and policies.

Personal Information and Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Curefoods Privacy Policy.
While appropriate safeguards are implemented, users acknowledge that no online platform is completely secure and that data transmission risks may exist.
Curefoods may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect its legal rights, users, or services.
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional communication via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

Curefoods and all associated branding, logos, content, images, text, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Curefoods or its licensors.
No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
